At Luxe Gentlemen, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and hassle-free.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please make sure to include your order number when contacting us about a return.
To start a return, simply email us at info@luxegentlemen.com. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your order for a refund and placing a new order for the product you’d prefer.
