How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your details.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@luxegentlemen.com. While we can’t guarantee changes once processing begins, we’ll do our best to assist.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return and it passes inspection, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
